Ginocchio Group Creates Web of Gym for People with Disabilities
The Ginocchio Group, the ad agency that specializes in diversity, launched the website for SPIRIT Club, a fitness center for people with disabilities.
The intense work took six months for research, design, and final development putting attention to accessibility. Gino Ginocchio, founder of the Ginocchio Group said, “The esthetics of SPIRIT Club’s new webpage was important but even more so, the easy access and manageability for visitors with challenges.” He also said, “The concept is based on Heroes; they’re the gym members who break through stereotypes and exercise.”
The end result reflects the soul of SPIRIT Club that looked for a site that was warm, inviting, and projected the family feeling that you get when you visit the gym in person. The Ginocchio Group worked in constant communication with Jared Ciner, the gym founder, and his team.
“When we first decided to redesign our website, we had a number of companies draft up their ideas. The Ginocchio Group provided by far the most creative and unique design. We were particularly impressed when they traveled from New York to Maryland to visit our gym and learn about our company to make sure they could deliver a website that best fit who we are.” J. Ciner said, adding “They took on all requests that we made to ensure our site was fully compliant with ADA regulations so that people with disabilities could easily navigate the site. We now have the luxury of a website that we are proud to know is a representation of SPIRIT Club when people visit us online. Thank you, Gino, and team for a fantastic product.”
