Murphy Brothers Win Town Vibe Green Award
Murphy Brothers Contracting, BCW members, were recent recipients of a Town Vibe Green Award in the category of “Businesses or non-profit organizations that have significantly incorporated green practices or products into their culture and operations”. Murphy Brothers believe that building green is simply building smart which is why they incorporated Suntegra Solar roof Shingles into their Stamford renovation project. On hand to accept the award with Michael Murphy from Murphy Brothers Contracting were Suntegra CEO, Oliver Koehler and Andrew Nuzzi, AIA. “Award-winning projects are always the result of teamwork and good decisions by our client”, said Murphy, “We are delighted to share this honor with Suntegra and the project architect, Andrew Nuzzi”. The Green Awards recognize businesses, non-profits, and individuals who are leading the local fight to protect the environment while also creating a sustainable social and economic community.
