Kiddie Academy of White Plains Marks Third Year of Community Diaper Drive Benefiting The Sharing Shelf

Kiddie Academy of White Plains is proud to partner with The Sharing Shelf for its third annual community diaper drive, taking place September 21–30, 2026.

For the third consecutive year, Kiddie Academy families, staff and members of the local community are invited to donate new, unopened packages of diapers to help support Westchester families in need. Donations can be dropped off at Kiddie Academy of White Plains, located at 222 Bloomingdale Road in White Plains, or donated directly to The Sharing Shelf.

The Sharing Shelf is a Westchester-based nonprofit organization that provides clothing and other essential items to children and families in need throughout the county. The annual diaper drive provides the Kiddie Academy community with a simple and meaningful way to support local families while also introducing young children to the importance of kindness, generosity and giving back to their community.

Community involvement has been an important part of Kiddie Academy of White Plains since the Academy opened in 2021. As a locally owned and operated early childhood education center, the Academy regularly looks for opportunities to connect its students, families and educators with organizations making a difference throughout White Plains and Westchester County.

Kiddie Academy of White Plains serves children from 6 weeks through Pre-K and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Members of the community who would like to participate in this year’s diaper drive may drop off donations at Kiddie Academy of White Plains between September 21 and September 30 or donate directly through The Sharing Shelf.
