Westchester Business Owners Invited to Join Value Builder Fast Track

Peter Santry, principal of Fox Run Advisors and a Value Builder Certified Coach, is launching a new Value Builder Fast Track for owners of established businesses who want to increase the enterprise value of their companies and create more options for the future.

The program will bring together 8–10 owners of non-competing businesses to better understand what their companies are worth today, what could make them worth more, and how to build businesses that provide greater freedom and flexibility—whether they plan to continue growing, step back, transition the company, or sell it someday.

Each participant will complete the Value Builder Assessment, receive a high-level valuation of the company, and meet privately with Peter for a 90-minute debrief to identify the greatest opportunities for enterprise value improvement.

Participants will then attend eight virtual peer-group sessions organized around the eight Value Builder drivers, followed by an individual meeting with Peter to translate what they have learned into a practical action plan.

The Value Builder Fast Track will begin in September or early October.
