KDD Marketing’s Keri Jadrovski Joins Ulster Chamber Foundation Board

Deepening its leadership impact in the community, KDD Marketing announced that Vice President Keri Jadrovski has joined the Ulster Chamber Foundation Board of Directors as a full board member for a three-year term, effective this month. In this role, Jadrovski will leverage her marketing background to help expand the Foundation’s reach while strengthening and driving awareness of existing program offerings.

“The Foundation provides essential resources for emerging and established professionals, particularly for women who want to grow and connect with other professionals in Ulster County,” said Jadrovski. “Whether it’s through opportunities for leadership growth or networking events, these programs are incredibly valuable to the community, just as they have been to me personally.”

The appointment marks a full circle moment in Jadrovski’s work with the Foundation. Her involvement began with her service on the organization’s marketing committee, where she spearheaded the design and implementation of the Foundation’s new logo and advised on social media strategy.

“Having worked with Keri professionally before she joined the Ulster Chamber Foundation, I knew the expertise and creativity she would bring to our Board, and she has exceeded every expectation,” said Amanda Ludington, board secretary and chair of the Foundation’s marketing and public relations committee. “Over the past year, she has generously shared her knowledge, helped shape our marketing strategy, strengthened our brand and consistently stepped forward wherever support was needed.”

In 2025, Jadrovski graduated from Leadership Ulster, the Foundation’s community leadership development program. As the 2025 class president, she was offered an ex officio seat on the board, where she has served until her recent appointment to full board member in June 2026.

“Leadership Ulster was a meaningful experience that strengthened my confidence as a leader and motivated me to become more involved in the community,” said Jadrovski. “And now, joining the Board allows me to give back to an organization that helps others build that same confidence and connection.”
Jadrovski is also the vice president of KDD Marketing, where she guides and mentors the marketing and communications team, helping drive business development initiatives and representing the firm at events and conferences.
