NY Association of Towns Annual Conference
My name is John Cain with OPTERRA Energy Services. We are a proud sponsor of this year’s NYAOT Annual Meeting taking place on February 15 – 17. I wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself under our new brand (last year we were known as ENGIE Services U.S.).
I’m focused on helping towns like yours deliver on infrastructure upgrades that can bring new life to facilities. Through performance-based contracting, towns are more than covering the cost of implementation combining energy and operational savings. In the process, we are activating communities through local job creation, internships, and engagement opportunities. Some areas of expertise include:
• Energy efficiency & building systems modernization
• Advanced illumination
• Water/wastewater solutions
• Renewable energy (geothermal & solar)
• Energy storage & resiliency
• Health & safety improvements
Are you planning to attend this year’s conference? I would enjoy talking with you about your town’s infrastructure challenges. Monday evening, the OPTERRA team will be at Revel & Rye Bar on the 8th floor, feel free to stop by for a drink on us (just text me before you arrive at (845)-544-9217.
Thank you for your time,
John F. Cain
