KeyBank names Gateman senior relationship manager, Commercial Banking

KeyBank announced Cameron Gateman has been named senior relationship manager, Commercial Banking. Gateman is responsible for growing existing and new commercial client relationships throughout New York, the Hudson Valley and New Jersey. He is based in KeyBank’s Metro NY office, located at 1301 Avenue of the Americas in New York, N.Y.

Prior to joining KeyBank, Gateman was managing director at M&T Bank in N.Y., where he worked in the large- and mid-cap space. He has also worked for BBVA, JP Morgan and HSBC. Over the course of his 25-year career in financial services, Gateman has sponsored M&A, equity and recapitalization transactions, as well as executed complex trade, risk management and global cash management structures in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Gateman holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.

He lives in Mendham, N.J. where he is a member of the Rutgers University Undergraduate Education Advisory Counsel and volunteers for the New Jersey Food Bank.
