Tompkins Community Bank Promotes Lisa Rivera to Branch Manager, Red Mills
In a celebration of professional growth, Tompkins Community Bank has promoted Lisa Rivera to branch manager. Rivera will oversee Tompkins’ Red Mills, NY branch, cultivating relationships with other businesses in the community and ensuring that customers’ needs are met.
“Since joining our team in 2015, Lisa has consistently demonstrated her attention to detail, particularly when it comes to customer experience,” said Carol Schmitz, community banking manager at Tompkins. “We look forward to seeing Lisa grow in this new role and are confident that all of our clients, and team members, throughout the Hudson Valley will benefit from working with her.”
Rivera brings 22 years of banking and financial industry expertise to her new role; after beginning her career as a bank teller, Rivera continually advanced her positions, enabling her to understand the intricacies of financial institutions. Previously, Rivera served as an assistant branch manager and branch operations specialist trainer for Tompkins.
