BCW’s Energy Conference Convenes on February 13
The Business Council of Westchester will host its annual Energy Conference 2024 on February 13. Entitled “It’s Time to Get Serious about Westchester County’s Energy Landscape,” the conference will focus on the important work that must be done to create Westchester’s renewable energy infrastructure and to manage evolving energy challenges.
Among the prominent speakers is Raghu Sudhakara, Vice President of Distributed Resource Integration at Con Edison, who will provide a unique perspective on the integration of distributed resources into the energy grid. Daniella Piper, Executive Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer at New York Power Authority, will explore innovative approaches to energy solutions, emphasizing the role of technology in shaping the future energy landscape.
Attendees will also hear from Dan Singer, CEO & President of Robison Oil, and Christina Armentano, COO & Executive Vice President at Paraco, who will share valuable insights into the evolving dynamics of their industries.
Mike Richter, President of Brightcore Energy, will offer a forward-looking vision on sustainable energy practices. Peter McCartt, Director of Energy & Sustainability at Westchester County, will outline the county’s initiatives towards a greener and more sustainable energy future.
Luke Falk, Senior VP at Clean Path NY, will give an overview of his company’s plans to provide renewable energy in Westchester County. Richard Ellenbogen, Chair of The Business Council of Westchester’s Energy Task Force, will offer an overview of the BCW’s efforts to address many of New York State’s ongoing energy challenges.
As Westchester County grapples with the evolving energy landscape, the insights shared by these industry leaders at the Energy Conference 2024 promise to be invaluable for businesses and individuals alike, offering a roadmap to navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
