New Promotion and Hire for the BCW’s Team

The BCW is pleased to announce the promotion of S amantha C pin to Events & Operations Manager and the arrival of K aleigh G arraffa, our new Administrative Assistant.
S amantha will work with A manda DePalma and our team to produce great networking and professional development events for our membership, as well as oversee every aspect of the organization’s operations. S amantha has worked with the BCW since 2021, and she was a valuable team member as our organization pivoted to online meetings during the pandemic. S amantha is a graduate of Rider University with a BA in Public Relations, with a concentration in Event Planning & Production, a valuable skill set for our organization.
K aleigh, a native of Woodstock, N.Y., also has a public relations background with a BA in Communication Studies and Spanish from Marist College. As an author mentor with the Creator Institute, she helped authors with marketing campaigns to promote their books. K aleigh is also an author. Her most recent historical fiction title, “Las Locas,” is set in Buenos Aires and it follows the stories of three women coping with the aftermath of Argentina’s Dirty War.
