Fullerton Beck’s Medical Malpractice team successfully secured a discontinuance on all claims for a hospital client in a medical malpractice lawsuit involving allegations of pressure ulcers leading to sepsis, internal bleeding, and wrongful death. Attorney Laura Russell filed a compelling motion for summary judgment, arguing that the pressure ulcers developed before the decedent’s admission to the hospital and remained stable during its care.
