BCW Member Macquesten Development LLC is proposing to build a new 16-story multifamily residential building in Yonkers that would feature 160 apartments all of which would be priced in the affordable category. Called The Parker, the project will be built at 632-636 S. Broadway, near the Yonkers border with Riverdale and Van Cortlandt Park.  It would feature eight studio apartments, 75 one-bedroom units, 57 two-bedroom units and 20 three-bedroom apartments.
