The Westchester County Office of Economic Development announced this week that Launch1000, an innovative, fully remote, self-paced program designed to turn concepts and ideas into business plans and startups, will return in 2022. New to the Program this year is the addition of a dual language cohort (English/Spanish) with a minimum of 100 seats available. All Launch1000 programming will be available in both English and Spanish, and bilingual participants will be supported by bilingual coaches and mentors. Boosted by its monoclonal antibody cocktail REGEN-COV used to help fight the Covid-19 virus, Tarrytown-based pharmaceutical giant Regeneron reported this week that its revenues for 2021 jumped 89%, reaching $16.07 billion. The company reported net income for the year of $8.075 billion compared with $3.513 billion for 2020. The show will go on! Despite a delayed opening, LOOK Dine-In Cinemas is scheduled to open on February 10 at Rivertown Square in Dobbs Ferry. The eight-screen theater took over the former iPic Theater.  This is Dallas-based company’s first-ever Westchester location. The company, founded last June by Brian Schultz, has already grown to seven locations in Texas, California, Florida and Arizona.
