Governor Kathy Hochul and local officials gathered at the Remington Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle to announce state funding for the #LINC Project. This reconfiguration will reconnect the historically African-American Lincoln Park Neighborhood that was split apart due to the construction of Memorial Highway.
