The case arose out of an accident in 2014 involving a plaintiff who was working as a bricklayer when he was struck on the head with a piece of brick that fell from seven stories above. ITHACA, NY – Tompkins Financial Corporation (NYSE American: TMP) Tompkins Financial Corporation (“Tompkins” or the “Company”) reported diluted earnings per share of $1.05 for the fourth quarter of 2023, down 22.8% compared to the fourth quarter of 2022.
