LeChase Construction Services has begun renovating Westchester County government offices at 110 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in downtown White Plains, N.Y. Crews are renovating some 40 rooms – including offices, conference rooms and bathrooms – in 22,000 square feet of a low-rise section of the county’s headquarters.
