NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y., Sept. 19, 2025 – The Boys & Girls Club of New Rochelle recently celebrated 34 graduates of its inaugural Culinary Career Track Program at the Club’s Remington Clubhouse. Burke Rehabilitation recently hosted its Chopped Challenge, enabling individuals with physical or sensory limitations to participate in culinary challenges. Sponsored by Sams of Gedney Way and led by their Executive Chef Robb Garceau, three amazing chefs and their teams participated in adaptive cooking challenges featuring mystery ingredients and specialized tools and techniques for adaptive cooking.
