SUNY Purchase is seeking employers for our Experiential Learning Fair: September 30, 2026 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Performing Arts Center, SUNY Purchase Employers/Experiential Learning Sites: To register, click the Registration link and select “Register As An Employer”. Employer Registration is only $30 for off-campus organizations. If this is prohibitive, please email ralph.dickinson@purchase.edu for a fee waiver. The New York Community Trust is partnering with the Jacob Burns Film Center for a Community Matters event on Monday, October 5th at 7:00 pm. The event includes a screening of “9/11: Reclaiming Ground Zero,” a documentary film about a Town Hall process for the revisioning of the World Trade Center. Following the screening audience members will participate in an interactive exercise led by Johan Snaggs of Fairview Empowerment Group. Calling Westchester’s Future Leaders! An exciting opportunity is coming to Westchester! Ms President US is launching a Westchester Chapter, offering girls in grades 4–8 the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen their voices and learn about civic leadership in a nonpartisan environment. Through monthly sessions, participants will explore public speaking, diplomacy, local, state and federal government, women’s history and leadership, while meeting accomplished female leaders and learning firsthand about public service.
