Boosted by its monoclonal antibody cocktail REGEN-COV used to help fight the Covid-19 virus, Tarrytown-based pharmaceutical giant Regeneron reported this week that its revenues for 2021 jumped 89%, reaching $16.07 billion. The company reported net income for the year of $8.075 billion compared with $3.513 billion for 2020. The show will go on! Despite a delayed opening, LOOK Dine-In Cinemas is scheduled to open on February 10 at Rivertown Square in Dobbs Ferry. The eight-screen theater took over the former iPic Theater.  This is Dallas-based company’s first-ever Westchester location. The company, founded last June by Brian Schultz, has already grown to seven locations in Texas, California, Florida and Arizona. In what are encouraging signs for Westchester’s economy, two significant retail developments were in the news this week. In the Town of Mount Pleasant, BCW Member Amazon is moving ahead on construction of a 150,000-square-foot facility at 211 Saw Mill River Road (Route 9A) in Hawthorne. The new facility will feature 136,000 square feet of warehouse space and 14,000 square feet of office space.
