A unique housing development that features affordable and supportive housing has opened in Yonkers. Called Landy Court, the 7-story building features 32 efficiency one- and two-bedroom affordable housing units for individuals and families who meet the affordable housing guidelines. The building also has 48 efficiency units of supportive housing. Referrals for the supportive housing units will come from the Westchester County Single Point of Access program.
