Westchester Community College and Marx Realty this week finalized a 10-year lease for WCC to move into 40,000 square feet of space on the third floor of the former Sears store at Cross County Center in Yonkers.  WCC, which is an existing tenant at the center, plans to offer additional degree and certification programs through its expanded presence at the shopping center. The WCHCC operates the WMCHealth, a network consisting of 10 hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and provider practices in New York State’s Hudson Valley region.
