In a significant development that positions Westchester County and the Mid-Hudson Region as a hub of innovation, Empire State Development (ESD) has announced the completion of SEEQC’s combined 12,000 square foot, newly renovated, multilayer, superconductive chip foundry and quantum product development and testing center in Elmsford.
