Congratulations to BCW Member Clarapath which this week announced that it is expanding its global headquarters space in Hawthorne to include 30,000 more square feet allowing room for an expanded workforce, assembly, and manufacturing areas. Linda, who has been with the BCW for five and a half years, has expanded her role to include programming and planning responsibilities for a variety of BCW events and programs. A unique housing development that features affordable and supportive housing has opened in Yonkers. Called Landy Court, the 7-story building features 32 efficiency one- and two-bedroom affordable housing units for individuals and families who meet the affordable housing guidelines. The building also has 48 efficiency units of supportive housing. Referrals for the supportive housing units will come from the Westchester County Single Point of Access program.
