Plans have been unveiled for transforming the 28 acre-former Renaissance Westchester Hotel site in Harrison into a vibrant residential community, including retail and cultural venues available to the public. Sponsored by long-term friends and partners, Rose Equities and Garden Communities envision a connected and thriving Teardrop neighborhood in Harrison, with Renaissance Harrison as its crown jewel. CatchU is the first and only quantitative, objective fall risk assessment that provides advanced insight to an individual’s risk of falling and why an individual may fall. In another big win for the BCW’s WIN Program, self-service insurance management company Ferro will develop a new product for medium and small businesses after successfully testing its services through the BCW’s Westchester Innovation Network (WIN). The new product—Ferro Lite—will target smaller businesses to meet their specific needs within the context of their insurance brokerage.
