The Westchester Innovation Network (WIN) participant Untapped Solutions will receive a $150,000 start-up grant from Google to grow Untapped Solutions’ employment platform. Untapped Solutions, formerly known as ConConnect, is one of 46 U.S. recipients of this year’s Google for Startups Black Founders Fund and Latino Founders Fund. Congratulations to BCW Member Feeding Westchester on the grand re-opening Wednesday of its distribution center in Elmsford. More than 200 BCW members and guests were on hand Tuesday evening for the annual Summer Soiree. The sold-out event, which is the last BCW networking event of the summer, was held outdoors at the beautiful Greentree Country Club overlooking Long Island Sound in New Rochelle. Special guest for the evening was New York State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Steward-Cousins who addressed the record crowd.
