It’s a whole new ballgame for BCW Member Hudson Valley Renegades whose home at Dutchess Stadium has been renamed Heritage Financial Park as the result of Heritage Financial Credit Union acquiring naming rights to the stadium. The new name for the stadium was announced during a March 21 event that featured the team’s management, representatives of Heritage Financial, county officials and other guests. Heritage is based in Middletown. The Renegades, who are the High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, have called Dutchess Stadium their home since it opened in 1994. The Business Council of Westchester has joined a coalition of Chambers of Commerce across the state that collectively represent more than 12,000 small and large businesses, that is voicing strong opposition to the proposed “Good Cause Eviction” bill which, if enacted, would serve as a “significant threat to the rights of property owners and would lead to virtually no housing production.” In a letter to Gov.
