The Business Council of Westchester’s Westchester Innovation Network (WIN) program has matched Yonkers-based ConConnect with Lowe’s to help formerly incarcerated people find jobs with the national home-improvement retailer. The pilot jobs program will roll out in Atlanta, Georgia and it will target justice-impacted residents. ConConnect is an online platform that connects formerly incarcerated men and women with services, education, and employment nationwide.
